This years Grand Tasting at the Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis at Caesars
Palace featured more than 50 award-winning chefs and over 100 premium
wines and spirits
curated by Southern Wine & Spirits from around the world.
Additionally, iconic chef Wolfgang Puck was presented with the first
ever Vegas Uncork’d by Bon Appétit
Lifetime Achievement Award, recognizing him as an industry trailblazer
who set the precedent for fine dining in Las Vegas. His restaurant,
Spago, was the first of its
kind and helped to root what has grown into a dense culinary landscape
in Vegas.
