LEGENDARY CHEFS CELEBRATE THE 10TH ANNIVERSARY OF VEGAS UNCORK’D BY BON APPÉTIT WITH A BURST OF MIONETTO PROSECCO AT THE SABER OFF

World-renowned chefs from Caesars Palace, The Cromwell,The Venetian and The Palazzo came together to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Vegas Uncork’d by Bon Appétit as celebrated chef Daniel Boulud sabers a magnum of Mionetto Prosecco in a traditional ceremony honoring the start of the festival. Following the kick off, Daniel Boulud lead the crowd in a ceremonial toast and cake presentation set against the backdrop of The Venetian’s Doge’s Palace Piazza to commemorate a truly unique culinary experience.
