Uncork’d by
Bon Appétit as celebrated chef Daniel Boulud sabers a magnum of Mionetto
Prosecco in a traditional ceremony honoring the start of the festival.
Following the kick off,
Daniel Boulud lead the crowd in a ceremonial toast and cake
presentation set against the backdrop of The Venetian’s Doge’s Palace
Piazza to commemorate a truly
unique culinary experience.
