NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Awards

 
Kyle Busch crowned the 2015 champ at the NASCAR Sprint Cup Awards which took place Friday, December 4th at the Wynn Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
Television personality Drew Carey hosted the awards. Singer Andy Grammer entertained. Late night host Jimmy Fallon did a special comic bit about the series. Dale Earnhardt Jr. collected his 13th Most Popular Driver Award. And young, 22-year old Jeff Hanson was given the prestigious $100,000 Betty Jane France Award for his charitable work with the Children's Tumor Foundation.
 Highlight of the evening: Tom Cruise introduces four-time NASCAR Champion Legend Jeff Gordon at Sprint Cup Awards which was a very emotional moment in NASCAR history.
Additional entertainment included music by Sam Hunt, Rachel Platten and Sabrina Carpenter.
 

Myers Brothers Luncheon Honors NASCAR Award Winners

The NMPA Myers Brothers Award Luncheon, an annual event to celebrate and honor winners of various NASCAR industry and sponsor awards took place Thursday, December 3rd at the Encore Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
Among the various awards that were presented at the Myers Brothers Award Luncheon, which recognizes individuals or groups who have provided outstanding contributions to the sport of stock car racing was Darlington Raceway for their efforts in successfully launching and executing Throwback Weekend for September’s Bojangles’ Southern 500 weekend.
Martinsville Speedway Track President Clay Campbell was presented with the Buddy Shuman Award, which is given annually to individuals that have played vital roles in the growth of professional stock car racing.
Brett Moffitt was officially recognized as the 2015 Sunoco Rookie of the Year.





Kevin Harvick took home the bulk of the hardware during Thursday’s event including the American Ethanol Green Flag Restart Award, the 3M Lap Leader Award, the Duralast Brakes "Brake in the Race" Award and the Mobil 1 Driver of the Year Award.
Matt Kenseth won the Sherwin-Williams Fastest Lap Award.

Food is Art

Food is Art held in evening of food, wine and art with top chefs and sommeliers/mixologists! This 21+ event which benefits the ALS Association Nevada Chapter and the Springs Preserve was held Saturday, November 14th at the Springs Preserve.

As guests travel through the Springs Preserve, they encountered tastings from each course while enjoying mixology bars and wine pairings, and perusing silent auction items. The event also featured live entertainment by Jaime Kyle with Dave Jenkins and Steve Price of Pablo Cruise.
